Acquaintance

Joshua is fascinated with the resilience and inner workings of the human body and passionate about ever-increasing his knowledge on the subject. He believes that the "living body is meant to be content" and knows from experience just how much of a role massage and bodywork can play in achieving that state. Studying bodywork came about as part of his own wellness journey, as well as a way to contribute to others and society in a meaningful way. Drawing from experience, as well as the integration of multiple techniques and modalities, his approach and style of bodywork is slow, attentive, intentional, unique to each individual and result-oriented. Joshua shares life's adventures and experiences with his love, Holly. Together they enjoy growing, learning and creating, as well as cooking, camping, fishing, foraging, gardening and just about anything to do with the outdoors.

Experience and Background

Joshua graduated from Lake Superior College's Massage Therapy Program with honors in 2013 and sat on the advisory board for that program for the following two years. Between schooling and the ten years of practice since then, he has accumulated over a thousand hours of documented training and well over four thousand hours of hands on experience, having worked with roughly 400 different individuals.
